Communications Module completed

The Communication Module works in tandem with the Member Module. Once you've loaded all your Members and purchase Communication Credits, you'll be able to SMS or send Personalised Emails to your database. Email templates will be designed and loaded by Finegrafix and from thereon you'll be able to compose your own Monthly, NewsFlash or New Product Newsletter and send it to your database with a couple of easy mouse clicks.

The communications module will enable you to communicate a message via personalised email or SMS to your Member Database.


Admin Section
Admin can communicate with All or Individual Members via SMS or personalised Email.
SMS and Email credits can be ordered via the CMS.

Admin can compile an SMS message and send to ALL or just Selected Members.
 
Emails
Admin can compile an Email message and send to ALL or just Selected Members. Email templates will be preloaded Admin just needs to add copy and send.

Downloads Module will make it easier to upload all your Documentation into one central Library. From here you can link any Document to News Articles, Venues or Events. You can even select which documents only your Members will be able to view.

Add, Edit and Manage all your Events. Once an Events has reached it's end date the CMS will dynamically remove it from your website. The Events Module works in tandem with the Venue module.
